Coach LaRue knows every lifter is different.

Coach LaRue knows that every lifter has a unique situation with variables that may differ from their peers therefor, all of our programming is specific to each client and is not a canned program. Our App allows our clients to communicate directly with their coach and send check-ins weekly as well as videos for assessment by your coach. Ready to Join an Amazing Powerlifting Community?

All Powerlifting Programming includes:

  1. Initial Assessment of Squat, Bench and Deadlift.  For athletes out of the Treasure Valley area this can be done via zoom or via video – all other assessments will be done at Iron Body Fitness, Meridian. 

  2. Once a week 55 minute Training with your coach (except Deload Week) and two one on one training sessions during the Peak Week prior to a meet. These typically land on Squat and Bench Day – but can be designed to fall where the athlete needs the most attention.  

  3. Weekly video assessment of Squat, Bench and Deadlift by your Coach.

  4. Access to your Coach via our Train Heroic app – or directly via text or call depending on the urgency of the request.

  5. Your Coach will also be present at your Powerlifting Meet to “Handle” you at your meet if it is local.  All meet expenses, travel, and lodging expenses for the athlete and for your Coach shall be the athlete’s responsibility

  6. Additional one on one time with your Coach (outside of the above) will be billed at a discounted rate of $40.00/hour.

    Powerlifting Programming starts at $230/Month.
